Open a support ticket (best for tracking & speed)

The quickest way to get a dedicated engineer on your case is to open a ticket. Tickets are triaged day and night, and you can track progress in one place.

How it works

  1. Click Open a support ticket (button/link).
  2. Describe what’s happening and how we can help.
  3. You’ll receive a case ID and an email confirmation.
  4. An engineer picks it up 24/7 and keeps you updated until it’s resolved.

Priority tips

  • Choose Urgent – Service Down if you cannot make/receive calls or critical features are unavailable.
  • For porting-day issues, include your scheduled port date in the subject.
  • For call quality or one-way audio, note whether the call was internal, UK mobile, international, or to a specific carrier.
