Phone systems can be confusing – extensions, apps, handsets, call flows… it’s a lot. That’s why SecondRing includes free onboarding with every phone system. Instead of leaving you to figure it out, we’ll assign a specialist to set everything up for you.

Your SecondRing onboarding specialist will:

• Design your call flow – menus, hunt groups, voicemail and routing to suit how your business actually works.
• Set up your numbers and extensions – including direct lines, shared lines and remote users.
• Configure phones and apps – desk phones, mobile apps and softphones, all preconfigured so they just work.
• Help with porting – we’ll guide you through moving your existing numbers over to SecondRing.
• Test everything with you – so you know exactly what happens when customers call.

From first call to final test, we stay with you until your new SecondRing phone system is live, stable and everyone on your team knows how to use it.
