When we say no contract, we actually mean it.
If you’re on a single–user SecondRing plan, you’re on a simple monthly rolling subscription. Stay for as long as we’re useful, leave when we’re not – you can cancel any time from your account without exit fees or awkward phone calls.
We might invite you to answer a short, anonymous feedback form when you leave so we can improve the service, but there are no hidden “cancel” charges lurking in the background.
Different terms can apply to multi-user and larger business plans.
Not just a number that rings – call out too
Some providers give you a number that only really works for inbound calls. SecondRing is built for two-way communication.
You can make outbound calls using your SecondRing number, so customers always see the same, professional Caller ID – whether you’re in the office, at home, or on the move. Just use our app or any compatible VoIP/softphone, log in with your SecondRing account, and you’re ready to go.
Our outbound rates are designed to stay sharp and predictable, not “cheap at first, painful later”.
Welcome credit & simple top-ups
New to SecondRing? We say thanks properly.
When you join, we’ll add an introductory £1.00 or £5.00 of calling credit to your account as a welcome gift.
Once you’ve used the inclusive minutes in your plan, you just top up your balance to keep forwarding or making additional calls.
Good to know: if you’re answering calls in the SecondRing app or on a VoIP device, there are no divert charges on those received calls.

Straightforward pricing. No nasty surprises.
We keep our pricing as clear as possible so you don’t need a spreadsheet or a law degree to work it out.
If you choose to forward calls to UK 01/02 landlines or standard 07 mobile numbers, you’ll pay diversion charges at the same kind of low rates as our outbound calls – for example, UK landlines from under a penny per minute (plus VAT), billed transparently.

Use SecondRing abroad without scary roaming bills
Travelling or working overseas? Instead of relying on your mobile network’s roaming rates, just fire up the SecondRing app over Wi-Fi or data.
When you call from the app, you’re charged at our normal international call rates for the country you’re dialling, not inflated roaming tariffs. You can check prices in our rate checker before you call, so you always know what you’re spending.
