Fair Usage Policy
All inbound calls are subject to our Fair Usage Policy.
Inbound calling is provided based on normal and reasonable use. Each inbound call is counted as one concurrent call while the call is active. The number of minutes included each month depends on the plan you have selected.
The monthly inbound call allowance is as follows:

| £2.50 plan | 1,000 minutes per month |
| £3.57 plan | 1,000 minutes per month |
| £8.50 plan | 3,000 minutes per month |
Once your included monthly allowance has been used, additional inbound minutes can be purchased by topping up your account. Extra minutes are charged at £10 per 1,000 minutes.
This Fair Usage Policy is in place to ensure the service remains reliable and fair for all customers. Excessive, abusive, automated, fraudulent, or resale use is not permitted. If usage is unusually high or outside the normal limits of your plan, we may contact you, restrict the service, request a top-up, or suspend the service where necessary.
